The International Human Rights Protection Service (Forum) has formally confirmed the appointment of Barrister (Dr) Victor Edim, JP, AmbP, CSA, AmbH. as its Cross River State Director, a development that has been described as both historic and strategic in advancing the cause of human rights in the state and beyond.
