We shouldn’t have joined issues with this dreck of a piece. Hence, neither here nor there; but the litany of lies and misinformation is legendary.
This clearly shows that the writer, one Ntufam Fabian Ori Emmanghe is completely bereft of the Labour Party constitution in Article 15: “Powers and Functions of Officers” sub (10) Legal Adviser.
a. Shall advise the party on legal matters.
b. Shall give legal opinion on all laws, regulations and construction of the party in the event of ambiguities.
This preamble sets the record straight and require that the office holder most be a lawyer and Ntufam Fabian Ori Emmanghe isn’t one and if he is, then a poor one to his soul.
Let me also educate this tiro tyro that our constitution in Article 16: “Tenure of Office,” as stipulated is time bound, and Ogar Osim time is up.
Let me also educate you and bring to your attention that Ogar Osim have been hiding under the umbrella of IPAC to gain access to meetings as was clearly seen on September 25th, 2024 during CROSIEC Chairman Press Briefing on the presentation of notice of election, having been stopped from entering the Conference Hall of CROSIEC and not handed over the Guidelines and Timetable for the Conduct of the Local Government Council Election by the Commission Secretary, Dr. Lawrence Edu Esq in his office, where he was seated and thereafter he immediately left the scene in his usual manner, nicodemusly.
Why single out Prince Awusha, Labour Party Chairmanship aspirant of Obudu Local Government Area? The young man is knowledgeable and intuned with the Labour Party Constitution and the National setting up of Interim State Leadership across the length and breath of the country to checkmate criminal excesses of Abure and his cohorts like Ogar Osim in Cross River State.
What kind of Legal Adviser are you that can not advise your principal that it’s wrong to be faceless (no address) in all your correspondence to the public? And that it’s also wrong to run party politics under faith sentiments with array of mediocre like you who’s impersonating the noble profession of law.
Ogar Osim have never seized to amazed Cross Riverians and Labour Party faithfuls of his continues progression in errors!
He would not eat his cake and have it this time like during the 2023 election year.
And like we have warned, anyone relating with Ogar Osim and his cohorts under the pretext of Labour Party matters; are doing so at their risk. Hence, these serial liars have no shame nor integrity but only one trait; “deceitfulness.”
May I once again use this opportunity to advise against any dealings with Ogar Osim and his cohorts that Labour Party will NOT undertake any vicarious liability as a result of their actions and inactions.
