C’RIVER ACTING GOVERNOR, RT. HON. PETER ODEY FELICITATES WITH MUSLIM FAITHFULS ON EID AL-FITR CELEBRATION.

Acting Governor of Cross River State, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey Ph.D have congratulated Muslim faithfuls in the State and across the nation as they mark the Eid Al-Fitr, the after the holy month of Ramadan. Odey’s message was on behalf of the Governor, His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu who’s currently on a short vacation.

 

According to Rt. Hon. Odey, as a government, we’ll continue to promote peace and unity irrespective of tribe, religion or tongue as he pray Allah continues blessings and mercy upon Muslims and Cróss Riverians.

HAPPY EID AL-FITR CELEBRATION.

Peace be unto you!

 

I wish to extend warm regards from myself and the people and Government of our State, particularly from my boss, the Governor, His Excellency Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, who is currently on a short annual vacation, to our Muslim brothers and sisters who are celebrating this year’s Eid al-Fitr after the holy month of Ramadan.

 

May this blessed month of Ramadan bring you peace, joy, and spiritual growth. May your devotion to divine principles, piety, and love for one another be strengthened during this period. I wish that during this time of fasting, prayer, and charity, Allah’s blessings and mercy will rest upon you. May your prayers be accepted and your fasts be rewarded. Subhanallah!

 

As we look forward to the celebration of Eid al-Fitr, let us remember the values of unity, compassion, and kindness that this occasion embodies. May we continue to promote peace, understanding, and harmony among all people in Cross River State, regardless of religion, tribe, and tongue.
