OGOJA LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCIL FLOATS EQUITY AND INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED.
The Executive Council of Ogoja Local Government has officially registered the Equity and Investment Company Limited, with its Board of Directors now constituted.
Chief Thomas Odu has been appointed as the Chairman, while Mr. Uko Inaku serves as the Secretary. Other board members include Hon. Thomas Ori, Daniel Ejaro, Mrs. Christina Agbeh, Mr. Peter Inyambe, and the Director of Finance from Ogoja Local Government Council.
In his speech following the inauguration, Chief Odu praised the leadership of the Council Chairman, emphasizing the potential of the new company to transform the area into a business hub.
He encouraged investors, particularly those interested in agriculture, to take advantage of the conducive business environment in Ogoja Local Government Area.
Chief Odu also urged board members to be proactive in attracting potential investors to the area.
