BORNO FIRST FEMALE CHAIRMAN REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT PROF ZULUM’S ADMINISTRATION.

The first female elected Executive Chairman of Jere Local Government Area of Borno State, Hon Inna Galadima has reaffirmed her commitment to support the administration of the Governor, Prof Babagana Umara Zulum in a bid to usher in good governance and ameliorate the sufferings of the people.
Hajiya Galadima who stated this recently in Maiduguri the Borno State capital noted that her role is to key into the agenda, drive, and ideals of the Prof Zulum-led administration, especially in the area of human capital development and poverty alleviation.
According to her “Whatever His Excellency has done, we are going to support him in actualising his twenty-five-year plan for Borno State, Insha Allah, wherever he has stepped we are behind him to support. The local government is actually to support the State government in actualizing the mandate of government, so, we at the grassroots, at the local government level will do our possible best to see that our people are continuing to see the dividends of democracy” she stressed.
The newly elected Chairperson also used the occasion in calling on the people of the State to support the effort of the State government noting that the All Progressives Congress (APC) never fail the people.
“APC government has never failed the people of Borno State and His Excellency, Engr (Prof) Babagana Umara Zulum has never failed the people but is working hard to see that the people enjoy the dividends of democracy, so we will follow up his steps to see that our people benefit from government”
Hon Galadima while expressing joy for the opportunity given to her to serve her people thanked the Executive Governor, the APC State Chairman, Hon Bello Ayuba, other stakeholders in the party, and the great people of Jere for finding her worthy to serve them in such a capacity.
