An Internationally recognized creative talent and author, Dr. (Amb) Justine Kingland Okechukwu calls on Nigerian youths to create opportunities for themselves and not to wait for one.
The entertainer cum civil activist stated this against the backdrop of the malaise of complaints by the Nigerian younger population of lack of motivation and support from the leaders in positions of authority.
Amb. Kingsland who made the call in an interview with journalists during the public presentation of his book titled: “Dreams And Struggles” Living The Nigerian Revival at Chida International Hotel, Utako, Abuja, noted that with the current state of affairs in Nigeria, no young person can be offered any opportunity accept he or she creates one.
“You must start from somewhere, you mustn’t wait for an opportunity, create one by yourself, this is because when you look at this country today there’s no opportunity, especially for young people. Believe in whatever you’re putting out and don’t allow anyone to talk you down; create something positive and focus on it then you’ll become what you dreamed of”
In his book, Dr. Kingland who is one of the leading factors in the OBIDIENT Movement (the Nigeria political evolution and revival 2022-2023) stated that the Dreams and Struggles, Living the Nigerian Revival is a testament to the birth, nurture, struggles, blackmail, malign and attacks meted on the vast majority of Nigerians who saw the need for a shift and shape of the political landscape of the most populous black nation in the world, the OBIDIENTS.
“What I did, in a nutshell, is to bring to life all that happens in the 2022 preceding the 2023 general elections to the limelight”
“The book in itself is a tale of reality, successes among others, indeed it’s a tale of pain and joy. The book reveals firsthand information about how the OBIDIENT started and our apex leader in the person of Peter Obi (Mr), it also talks about my contributions in all aspects ranging from creativity, entertainment, and service to humanity” he stressed.
Speaking on his political future, Kingland who is also a United Nations Change Ambassador for Peace and Humanity posited that he will one day serve his people at the National Assembly either Senate or House Or Representatives stressing that his passion for changing lives is the driving force.
