The third edition of State monthly fasting and prayer for the Government of Ntufam Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu and the people of Cross River State, on the Theme: Breaking the Circle of Failure and Stagnancy is here again.
Its a monthly gathering of the faithfuls to observe fasting and prayers and looking onto God, the Author and finisher of our faith; and holds on every last Sunday of the Month and being anchored by the Cross River State Indigenous Gospel Ministers Forum (CRSIGMF) of Apostle Isaiah Bassey. Pastor (Dr.) Edet Okon. Pastor (Dr.) Gab Etta. Bishop (Dr.) Martin Aquah. Rev. Stephen Edet Etim and Evangelist Stephen Atunkanre.
This edition comes up on Sunday 27th August, 2023, by 1pm prompt at the Heaven Way Church, State Library Complex, Calabar.
Activities for the session includes: Ministration, Praise and Worship.
Prophetic declaration and dedication of the Governor Otu’s Govt. and Cross River State unto God.
The State Chairman of the Indigenous Gospel Ministers Forum, Evangelist Stephen Atunkanre, told reporters that, a nation strives when the righteous are on the throne and those who seek Him on their kneels, have got victory always.
According to him, “Cross River State is blessed to have Prince Otu, as our Governor because he’s a Minister of the gospel of God, as well as his dear wife.
“What else can a people seek, rather than raise their voices in praises and worship God for finding them worthy to have bestowed upon them, His blessings in grace and mercy.
“As Ministers of the Gospel, we have the spiritual obligation to counsel the people in the ways of God to be steadfast, prayerful and love one another as Christ, loves us,” he said.
