News reaching Epistlenews from our Correspondent in Abuja, reported that Security Operatives in their numbers and from different Agencies have barricaded the Headquarters of the Appeal Court, venue of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT) ahead of the commencement of sitting to hear petitions from the 2023 Presidential Poll.
The PEPT is expected to commence hearing today, Monday 8 of May, 2023, on the February 25, 2023, Presidential Election Petitions filled by Peter Obi, the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) against the President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, of All Progressives Congress (APC), later this morning.
