I also thank you for freedom, because this day in 2020, I was hibernating in a jail cell.
You see that picture? It was taken secretly in jail. I used it today deliberately because of what it means to me. That was how I started my 2020 birthday in the morning. I had a drink called “combine” in Calabar on that small chair in front and me and my comrades were doing the birthday celebration with fortitude. See our nylon wardrobes on the wall.
