De-United Food Industries Limited, makers of Indomie Noodles visited the Police Children School III-Ikot Eneobong, 8 Miles, Calabar, on 21st July, 2022, in her School Feed Back Programme, otherwise refer to as “Indomie Day In My School/Indomie At School,” and served over 137 Learners.
Team Leader, Ms. Comfort Gabriel Edet, while answering questions from EpistleNews reporter said, “it’s to advertise for the market through the children and beyond that, the objective again is Social Corporate Responsibility of our Company to say, thank you and give back to society and our target audience is the Nigeria child to basically boost nutritional value to enhance growth and a balance in learning with the required mental strength through nutrition.
“Indomie Noodles is not only rich in vitamins, minerals, calcium and proteins, but combined according to the international standard requirements.”
On her message to parents, she said, “parents should always endeavour to make Indomie Noodles available and a most staple for their wards, children and themselves. Hence, we all need to fortify ourselves wholely both for strength, growth in children and academics enhancement for good sight, bones and teeth.”
According to Ms. Comfort, the “Indomie At School,” Programme is an every Term service with visitations to two Schools daily by each Team across the State, not just only in urban but rural Schools as well.
In his response the Head Teacher, Mr. Tokuta F. Timi, on behalf of entire School Community, appreciated the noble Social Corporate Responsibility gesture of De-United Food Industries Limited, makers of Indomie Noodles for their concern about nutritional enhancement of the Nigeria child and people with their rich noodles in the markets across the length and breath of the country.
He expressed his pleasure with the professional manner at which the Team conducted themselves and put smiles on the faces of the learners and teachers as well.
Mr. Timi, used the opportunity to appeal for a continues relationship between the School and the Company and extend invitation to grace the end of Term Party, coming up on the 28 of July, 2022, at the School premises.
Also in attendance to observe the process was Comrade AMAWU, Amawu the PTA Chairman of the School.
