Distinguished Senator Gershom Henry Bassey, leader of the Cross River State PDP Caucus in the National Assembly, has congratulated Dr. Effiom Ekeng Edet, for winning the Akpaboyu State Constituency By-Election.
Dr. Edet, won in landslide victory in 7 wards of the 10 wards of Akpaboyu Local Government Council to emerge winner of the February 26, 2023 By-Elections.
Senator Gershom Bassey, used the opportunity to congratulate President Muhammadu Buhari and the National Assembly for delivering a robust electoral law to Nigerians.
