The Ward 5, Calabar South former Councilor that was kidnapped along Akwanga, Nassara State on Tuesday, Comrade Hon. Tony Duke, has just been released in the early hours of today, according to family sources.
Hon. Tony, was let go by his abductors after an unspecified amount of money was paid.
His a abductors had earlier demanded a #30million ransom.
